Umbria, the Green Heart of Italy

In central Italy, surrounded by rolling hills, olive groves and historic towns, Umbria is a region deeply connected to the land. Known as the “Green Heart of Italy,” it is one of the country's most authentic and unspoiled regions, with a long tradition of agriculture and olive growing.

Olive trees have been part of the Umbrian landscape for centuries. Here, growing olives is more than a tradition,it is part of the way of life. The combination of the land, the climate and generations of knowledge has made Umbria one of Italy's most distinctive olive-growing regions.

It is here, in the heart of Umbria, that our olives are grown, harvested and pressed. The place where an olive grows matters, and we believe you can taste it in the oil.

100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Our extra virgin olive oil is cold-pressed to preserve the natural flavor and character of the olives. Nothing added, nothing blended with refined oils, just freshly harvested Italian olives.

Our olives are grown, harvested and pressed in Umbria, in the heart of Italy. We use three traditional Italian cultivars: Moraiolo, Leccino and Frantoio. All harvested in October and pressed within 12 hours of harvesting. The short time between harvest and pressing helps us preserve the freshness and character of the olives.

We could call it "first press" and while that might sound appealing, it would be just a marketing tactic. With today's advanced technology, olives are pressed only once, ensuring maximum flavor and quality are extracted in a single, highly efficient process.

What matters to us is not the terminology, but the quality of the olives, the care taken at harvest, and how quickly they reach the mill.
